Your journey begins in the cozy Truffle Barn with a light refreshment as you settle in and meet your fellow guests. \nOnce everyone has arrived\, we’ll begin a guided walking tour of the Truffle Plantations\, led by Peter and King Cesar—our experienced truffle hunters. This 30-minute stroll will immerse you in the fascinating world of truffle hunting\, sharing stories from the field and the history of how our farm came to life. \nAfter the tour\, we return to the Truffle Barn to freshen up and dive into a hands-on culinary session: crafting your very own truffle cheese balls. This interactive experience is a fun and flavorful way to learn how to cook with truffles. You’ll package your creation to take home\, while setting aside a portion for our tasting event. \nNext\, we gather around our long tables for a curated charcuterie tasting\, where you’ll explore various pairings of truffles with different food groups. This is your opportunity to discover how truffles can elevate everyday ingredients and dishes.
