Farm owner and floral artist Virginia Brietzke will personally guide you in shaping a gorgeous arrangement bursting with freshly harvested greens and artful embellishments. \nEven if you have never designed florals before\, Virginia’s clear instructions and contagious passion promise a rewarding experience. Her gourmet treats and charming farm ambience provide a nourishing retreat from the busy holiday bustle. \nJoin us in welcoming winter with warmth\, imagination\, and newfound floral skills. Spots are limited for this merry workshop\, so call The Truffle Farm today to reserve your place surrounded by nature’s festive bounty. ‘Tis the season for creativity\, connection\, and making memories that will last long after the holidays! \nThe class starts out explaining how to get started to build your floral centerpiece.  I will have a completed version for display\, and I will start one with you so you can follow along.  I will then step away from my design and assist the class on building theirs. \nWhat We Will Experience\nWe would be designing your one-of-a-kind Christmas floral Centerpiece bouquet with a variety of fresh harvested greenery of Olive\, Cedar\, Sugar pine\, laurel\, boxwood\, Sequioa weeping eucalyptus. \nYou will have a variety of selection at your fingertips such as Pinecones\, designer Ribbons\, berries\, cinnamon sticks dried oranges to make it your special style.  Your bouquet will be perfect on your table of your entry or center of your dining table to greet your winter guests. \nIn our class we will be designing the structural base and I will explain the differences to achieve the look you have always wanted.   Once our base is completed\, we will take a break to enjoy wholesome farm raised food and truffles and sip on cider\, wine or have a cup of mint lavender tea. With the guidance of a skilled floral designer\, you embark on a two-hour journey of creativity and artistic expression\, arranging the sunflowers and other elements into a beautiful masterpiece. \nAs you immerse yourself in the art of floral arranging\, you enjoy the company of like-minded individuals\, sharing stories\, laughs\, and the joy of creating something beautiful together.
