A Magical Evening at The Truffle Farm’s Harvest Long Table Dinner
The crisp autumn air and warm golden light set the perfect backdrop for our sold-out Harvest Long Table Dinner Event this October at The Truffle Farm in Parksville.
As the sun began its descent on the evening of October 19th, guests were welcomed into our beautifully transformed Truffle Barn for an unforgettable farm-to-table experience.
Setting the Scene
The Truffle Barn was adorned with stunning seasonal decorations that celebrated the bounty of fall. Elaborate floral arrangements featuring deep red roses, vibrant sunflowers, and rustic branches with twinkling lights created an enchanting atmosphere. Long wooden tables were meticulously set with elegant place settings, featuring textured amber glassware, crisp white linens, and golden accents that caught the evening light.
A Feast for the Senses
The two-hour culinary journey began at 5:30 PM, with guests being greeted with carefully selected welcome drinks. The family-style dinner service allowed for an intimate dining experience, with all ingredients sourced locally, many coming directly from our farm. The tables were adorned with seasonal pumpkins and gourds, creating an authentic harvest atmosphere that connected diners to the farm’s seasonal rhythms.
Music & Ambiance
Up Beet Eats provided farm to table cartering. Local musician entertained our guest, creating the perfect soundtrack for this special occasion. The combination of delectable cuisine, ambient music, and the farm’s natural beauty created an atmosphere that truly transported our guests.
The Truffle Farm Experience
What made the evening truly special was the unique opportunity for guests to experience the essence of The Truffle Farm. The event offered more than just a meal – it was a celebration of our farm’s dedication to cultivating exceptional truffles and creating memorable experiences. After dinner, guests had the opportunity to visit our farm shop, taking a piece of The Truffle Farm experience home with them.
