A Wedding Venue Unlike Any Other

Our Story

Canada's First Truffle Farm Since 1999

Most wedding venues rent you a room. The Truffle Farm invites you onto Canada's first truffle farm. Grant and Betty planted the first truffle-inoculated Garry Oak and Hazelnut trees in 1999. Today the farm produces Black Périgord Truffles, hosts long table dinners, wine tastings, and seasonal celebrations in the air-conditioned Truffle Barn.

Virginia grows the flowers. Peter leads the farm tours. Caesar the Lagotto Romagnolo hunts the truffles. Every event features truffle-infused menus prepared with ingredients from the property. This is not a styled backdrop. Guests taste Black Périgord Truffles, hunt with Caesar, and dine at a communal long table steps from where the harvest grows.

The Truffle Barn accommodates up to 60 guests inside. A roll-up barn door opens to the truffle plantation, where tent space extends the celebration outdoors when weather permits. Contact us to discuss your wedding vision.
