The Truffle Farm Wedding Booking Journey

Seven steps from a farm visit to your wedding day, planned directly with Virginia

There is no fixed package. Every wedding here starts with a visit, and the quote follows the plan you build with Virginia. Here is how booking works, in order.

Visit the Farm for Viewing and Consultation. Walk the orchard, see the Truffle Barn, and tell Virginia what you picture. This first visit sets the plan.
Complete the Wedding Checklist. Guest count, décor direction, timeline, dietary needs: the checklist captures every detail the quote depends on.
Optional Chef-Curated Tasting. Taste the truffle dishes before you choose them. Many couples use this step to settle the menu.
Receive a Customized Quote. Virginia prepares one quote from your consultation and checklist. It reflects your guest count and your choices, not a set package.
Sign the Contract. The contract confirms the date, the inclusions, and the booking policies.
Provide a $2,000 Deposit. The deposit holds your date and starts formal planning.
Curating the Perfect Day. Menu, florals, décor, timeline, vendors. Virginia works through each one with you until the day is set.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.
Final balance is due 60 days prior to your event.
All terms and booking policies should be carefully read and understood prior to giving a deposit to go ahead with your event at The Truffle Farm.
